Rates are in US dollars per room, per night, single or double occupancy. EP basis (Continental breakfast included). Daily rates do not include tax. All bookings have to be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking. Christmas/New Year's bookings require payment in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Tax
Room rates are subject to a 16% VAT and 3% lodging tax.
Cancellation
* November 1 - December 15 and May 1 - October 31 = 1 night penalty.
* January 06 - April 30 = 2 night penalty.
* December 16 - January 05 = full stay penalty.
Early Departures & No Shows:
Any guest who terminates his stay and departs the resort prior to the scheduled departure date shall forfeit the full amount of his reservation. A full stay penalty stay will also apply to "no shows".
