Tax, Gratuities
and Service Charge:
Room rates are subject to 15% vat, 2% lodging tax
and a daily 5% service charge.
A 15% vat and 10% gratuity will be added on Food
& Beverage.
Minimum stay requirements
Christmas/New Year's
bookings require a 7 nights minimum stay (Dec 17 - Jan 5)
Deposit
Christmas/New Year's booking requires payment in
full 3 months prior to arrival.
Cancellation
10% penalty
on any cancellation received 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Penalty
of 1 night will be assessed on cancellations received 14 days prior to
arrival (7 days for months June to October) and 2 nights on
cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival (7 days for
months June to September. No-show will be 3 nights charge (2 nights for
months June to October).
Christmas/New year's
cancellations are 90% refundable if cancel more than 60 days and 50% refundable
if cancel 30-60 days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less
than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date are not refundable. Any departure
prior to pre-scheduled departure date will result in a penalty for the full
stay.
